All orders are shipped from Manila, Philippines.

We use J&T Express as our primary delivery partner to ensure fast and reliable shipping nationwide.

⏱ Processing Time(订单处理时间)

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

📍 Delivery Time(配送时效)
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 2–5 business days
Visayas & Mindanao: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery time may be affected by weather, holidays, or high order volume.

💸 Shipping Fee(运费说明)

Shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location.
We may offer free shipping promotions during special campaigns.

📦 Order Tracking(订单追踪)
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.
You can track your parcel through the J&T Express website or app.

⚠️ Delivery Notes(配送注意事项)

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
Our courier may contact you before delivery—please keep your phone available.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unreachable customer, redelivery fees may apply.

❗ Failed Delivery / Return(派送失败)

If the package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, customers may be required to pay for re-shipping.
Orders may be canceled after multiple failed delivery attempts.

We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days to request a return after receiving the goods.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions for shipping the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receiving your order. If there are any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and resolve it appropriately.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

If you have any questions or concerns about specific items, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

The best way to ensure you receive your desired item as quickly as possible is to return the item you have received and purchase a new one separately after the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the item was shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without any reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in its original condition as received, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund
We will notify you after receiving and checking your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
