We process orders within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time:

  • International: 7–15 business days

Shipping times may vary due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

At PH Global Jet Express Inc. (“J&T Express,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we treat your personal information with the same care and importance as we do our own business secrets. With this in mind, we are firmly committed to safeguarding and protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and security of your personal data. This J&T Express Data Privacy Notice ("Data Privacy Notice") has been prepared to inform you about how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, as well as your rights under applicable data privacy laws and regulations.

This Data Privacy Notice applies to all users of our services, websites, and applications, unless covered by a separate Data Privacy Notice. Specifically, this applies to the following:

  • Parcel Senders
  • Parcel Receivers
  • Persons showing interest in us and our services
  • Business partners/VIP Customers

1. What data do we collect?

When you visit and avail of our services through our delivery hubs, use the J&T Express website, or access J&T Express applications, we collect your personal information to provide and improve our services. Specifically, we collect the following categories of data:

  • Contact Data: Information used to contact or identify you, such as your name, phone number, address, and email address.
  • Profile Data: Information related to your user profile, such as usernames, passwords, and account preferences.
  • Shipment Data: Information necessary for the pick-up, delivery, and tracking of your shipments, including shipment status, delivery and pick-up addresses, shipment documents, shipment numbers, and photographs for proof of delivery.
  • Transaction Data: Details of your transactions with us, such as payment information, order history, and billing records.
  • Device and Usage Data: Information automatically collected when you use our website or applications, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, access times, and referring website addresses.
  • Session Cookies and Similar Technologies: Data collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience, remember your preferences, and analyze website traffic.
  • Customer Support Data: Information you provide when you contact our customer service, including the content of your communications and any supporting documents or images.
  • Other Data: Any other information you voluntarily provide to us in connection with your use of our services.

We may also collect sensitive personal information (such as government-issued identification numbers or documents) only when necessary for specific transactions and in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

2. How do we collect your data?

We collect your personal data when you avail our services directly through the J&T websites, J&T applications, when you register your accounts with us, and when you voluntarily fill up forms in our delivery hubs.

We also collect your personal data when you avail our services indirectly through third-party platforms.

3. Why we collect how we use your data

Primarily, we collect your personal data to perform and fulfill our services. In addition, we collect your personal information for the following purposes:

  1. a. To process and deliver your shipments: ensuring the accurate and timely-pick up, transport and delivery of your packages
  2. b. To communicate with you regarding your transactions: providing updates, notifications, and confirmations related to your shipments and accounts
  3. c. To respond to inquiries and requests: addressing your questions, concerns, and feedback
  4. d. To improve our services and customer experience
  5. e. To comply with legal and regulatory requirements: fulfilling obligations under applicable laws, regulations, and lawful orders from government authorities
  6. f. To send you updates, promotions, and marketing communications: informing you about the new services, offers, and relevant information, subject to your consent

We use your personal data strictly in accordance with the purposes stated above and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules and regulations.

4. With whom we share your data

To fulfill the purposes stated in this Data Privacy Notice, J&T Express may share your personal data with the following parties as permitted by applicable law.

  1. a. To J&T Express Affiliates and Subsidiaries. We may share your personal data between and among our organization, its subsidiaries and affiliates only insofar as to fulfill the purposes of management and analysis, decision making and other business purposes. No unnecessary personal information is divulged in this process.
  2. b. To Authorized Service Providers and Contractors. We may share your personal information with third-parties who provide an array of services for us such as delivery, logistics, payment processing, advertising, ensuring compliance with industry standards and professional advisory services. These parties are contractually obligated to process your data only as instructed by J&T Express and in compliance with our data privacy and security standards.
  3. c. Business Partners or Third-Party E-commerce Platforms. To make our services more accessible to you, we work closely and collaborate with independent business partners or third-party e-commerce platforms. When you obtain the services provided by these independent business partners, we may share your information with them, or you may provide it to them directly. This Data Privacy Notice, however, does not address, nor are we responsible for, the privacy, information, or other practices of these business partners. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any business partners whose services you obtain
  4. d. To Third Parties (including Government Authorities). We may disclose your personal data if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or if such disclosure is necessary to enforce our agreements or policies, protect our rights or the rights of others, or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.

5. Risks Involved and Your Data Subject Rights

In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, we are committed to protecting your personal data. As part of our transparency obligations, we wish to inform you that despite the risks involved in processing your personal data, we are currently implementing organizational, physical, and technical security measures to minimize these risks, including access controls, encryption, regular security audits, and staff training. Moreover, in the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a real risk of serious harm, you will be notified in accordance with the law.

Subject to the requirements of applicable laws andå regulations, you have the following rights with respect to your åpersonal data:

A. Access and Rectification

You have the right to request reasonable access to your personal data that we process, including information on the contents, sources, and manner of processing. You also have the right to dispute any inaccuracy or error in your personal data and to have it corrected or updated promptly.

B. Erasure, restriction, and objection

You have the right to suspend, withdraw, or order the blocking, removal, or destruction of your personal data from our systems if it is incomplete, false, unlawfully obtained, or no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. You may also object to the processing of your data, including for direct marketing, automated processing, or profiling, unless the processing is required by law or necessary to fulfill contractual obligations.

C. Portability

You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data in an electronic or structured format for your further use, and to have data transmitted to another personal information controller, where technically feasible

Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried our prior to such withdrawal.

E. Right to damages or to file a complaint

You have the right to be indemnified for any damages sustained due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of your personal information.

F. Exercising your rights

6. Security

J&T Express implements reasonable and appropriate organizational, physical, and technical measures to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, processing, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to, data encryption, secure access controls, regular security audits, and staff training on data privacy. Access to your personal data is strictly limited to authorized personnel and service providers who require such information to perform their duties in connection with our services.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, no security system is infallible. In the event of a data breach or compromise of our systems, we will promptly investigate the incident, notify affected individuals as required by law, and take all necessary steps to mitigate any potential harm, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

7. Storage

Your personal information is stored in secure databases and systems maintained by J&T Express. Access to stored personal data is restricted to our authorized personnel only.

8. Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Operationally, your data remain retrievable for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days by personnel in lower positions to allow day-to-day access for service delivery, customer support, and operational reconciliation. Beyond this operational window, retention is governed by the Data Privacy Policy and relevant legal requirements.

For active customer accounts, personal information is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for an additional three (3) years, in accordance with Section 813 of Republic Act No. 10863 (Customs Modernization and Tariff Act of 2016), Section 8 of Republic Act No. 9135, and Customs Memorandum Order No. 2-2002. For inactive customer accounts, personal information is retained for three (3) years from the date of the last transaction, based on the same legal provisions.
